To learn more about DEPCOM Power, visit - www.depcompower.com .What You Will Do In Your RoleResponsible for DEPCOM Field Operations (Civil, Posts, Racking, Electrical, Module Install)Ensure Safety Culture of all projects -Managing a group of projects along with support the Construction Managers and project site teamsOn-time schedule completion, responsible for meeting mechanical completion and final completionSite branding maintenanceNegotiate Electrical BoS Subcontracts with support from Project Engineering and Subcontracts ManagerSelf-Perform productivity or Subcontractor oversight (MH/MW) requirementsThe Experience You Will BringRequirements:

• Experience managing, training and mentoring construction teams in the renewables industry
• Knowledge of basic construction processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Work, Outlook, and ExcelWhat Will Put You Ahead
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering disciple
