Job Description:

Role- Identity Access Management (IAM) Directory Sr. Business Analyst

Duration- Fulltime

Location- Woonsocket, RI Scottsdale, AZ Hartford, CT, Remote

Technical/Functional Skills:

General understanding of DevOps CI/CD or similar (Agile Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

-Strong team player that works well horizontally and vertically with others of varying skill levels and experience.

-Ability to clearly define and present solution development ideas in a team environment.

- Working knowledge one or more of the following: JAVA, .NET, LDAP queries, Neo4J, and MySQL

- Experience with one or more of the following: REST API integration

- Experience writing Linux shell scripts

- Product/Program management leadership

- CISSP preferred

- 2+ years of database queries (e.g. MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle)



Experience Required:

5+ Years of direct experience with Identity Access Management (IAM).

- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst lead in IAM.

- 2+ years of organizational change management experience.

- 2+ years experience with LDAP directory, virtual directory, and/or credential management system end to end implementations for a large enterprise.
