How do I make an impact on my team?
Our General Manager is dedicated to building and maintaining a
great team in order to provide all guests with a first-rate
customer service experience.
-Plan, develop, coordinate, and implement the day-to-day operations
of the property
-Oversee property staffing to include recruitment & selection,
orientation, training & development, scheduling, counseling,
performance management and other team member relations issues
-Craft the budget for the property to include sales, marketing,
operations and a strategic revenue management plan
-Lead the property management team to ensure that product and
service quality standards are maintained
-Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to maintain standards set
forth by company and property brand
-Maintain personal contact with guests, clients, and community
organizations
-Ensure safety and security of the property, staff and guests and
responding to all emergency situations
-Remain current on industry trends and local market
activities
