Commercial Construction Manager

Must have a strong knowledge of Commercial Construction and be able to follow a project from start to finishMust possess strong leadership, supervision, communication, and organization skills be able to work with multiple trade partnersAbility to read and understand drawings and make corrections or value engineer as neededMicrosoft Program, Buildertrend, Sage ExperienceAbility to understand construction scopes of worksUnderstands trade contractor and supplier contract scopesAbility to problem solve and escalate issues accordinglyPhysical Demands:The job is performed indoors and outdoors in a variety of settings. Must be able to navigate and inspect all areas of jobsite in various types of weather; this may include but not limited to walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching. Ability to communicate orally with management, co-workers and vendors. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication. Regular standing or sitting for extended periods. - The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech or other sounds (for example, machinery alarms or alarms). Clarity of vision at approximately 20 inches or less (this is, working with small objects or small print) and at 20 feet or more. Exertion of up to 30 lbs. of force occasionally. Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers. Personal Protective safety clothing/gear (including appropriate clothing, shoes, gloves, hardhat, and goggles) are occasionally.
