analytical and results oriented marketeer? Do you live and breathe
digital marketing and love the challenge of building a consistent
demand generation engine? We are looking for a Director of Demand
Generation to manage our paid search, SEO, email and SMS campaigns
and content syndication. This role is highly visible, hands-on, and
metrics-oriented and requires a seasoned leader, and a self-starter
with strong attention to detail. You will work hand in hand with
the CMO and own one of the most critical functions of the marketing
team. This is a position based in Scottsdale, reporting directly to
the Chief Marketing Officer.What You'll Do
- Manage paid search and display campaigns along with a paid
search manager on a day-to-day basis. Conduct account optimizations
such as negative keyword control, budget management and monitoring
quality scores, CTR, CPA and CPC. Own paid search lead generation
targets and manage lead quality by working closely with the sales
team.
- Develop and implement integrated multitouch marketing campaigns
for pipeline generation and acceleration as well as lead nurturing
using email drips, SMS, retargeting and other strategies.
- Create and distribute content such as blog posts and lead
magnets on our website, content syndication partners, and social
media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook with the goal of
acquiring new leads and contacts.
- Work closely with the content team to build a content marketing
engine that generates contacts and leads at a consistent pace using
blogs, social media, webinars, content syndication and other
strategies.
- Manage a team of demand generation and content marketing
professionals to deliver on business objectives.
- Generate reports on key KPIs like lead flow and quality,
website traffic, conversions, bounce rate, conversion rate, close
rate and other useful marketing KPIs.Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in demand generation roles in a
midsized or growing company focused on B2B demand generation, paid
acquisition, and executing lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Proven experience with scaling a company using demand
generation strategies like paid search, SEO, content marketing and
email drips and nurture.
- Familiarity with the SaaS technology sales cycle and how to
employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive
adoption, and accelerate growth.
- Experience with demand generation programs that may include but
are not limited to paid digital channels (paid social, retargeting,
ABM, syndication, SEM), live events, webinars, marketing tech stack
and reporting.
- Experience with targeting, segmentation and list acquisition to
build prospect lists for demand gen campaigns.
- Experience building, launching and reporting on campaigns and
KPIs using HubSpot, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Extremely organized, self-starter, detail-oriented, and ability
to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly analytical and metrics-driven, can manage towards clear
and measurable goals.
- Strong communicator, written and verbal, internally and
