Kforce has a client is seeking to hire a FP&A Manager in Scottsdale, Arizona (AZ).



Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the annual budgeting process, reforecasting monthly and daily flash forecasting, collaborating with business unit leaders to create forecasts
  
  
• Investigating and analyzing variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
  
  
• FP&A Manager is supporting decision-making with meaningful insights and visibility into business performance
  
  
• Preparing ad-hoc analysis of financial impact to support day-to-day operational decisions in conjunction with operations finance and operations management (e.g., pay rate change analysis)
  
  
• Developing financial models to project performance and return on investment of organic expansion opportunities
  
  
• Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic, and other business decisions
  
  
• FP&A Manager will be assisting in the preparation of presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made
  
  
• Delivering competitor analysis, market trends, and associated commentary to the management team
  
  
• Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost-saving initiatives
  
  
• Assisting with acquisition due diligence
