Job Title: -Telehealth Program Manager -Location: -Scottsdale, AZ (East Bell Road and the 101) -Salary: -Dependent on Experience - -Employment Type: -Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision and 401k) -Schedule: -9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (No nights, no weekends, and no major holidays!) -Position Overview: -We are looking to add an experienced leader to our team who will be responsible for our growing telehealth division. The Telehealth Program Manager is responsible for evaluating and managing operational functions by taking the initiative to strategize, ensuring financial goals are met, creating a standard of superb customer service, and guiding staff to foster an environment of teamwork. This position will participate in coordinating patient care and work with multiple company divisions to facilitate an exceptional patient experience. - -This individual will oversee a diverse team ranging from physicians to administrative employees while proactively managing operations. A business mindset and patient focused values are essential to succeeding in this role. -Responsibilities: -

• Manage day to day operations of telehealth division - -
• Oversee and develop a team of physicians and administrative staff - -
• Actively create structure and processes to serve patients and operate efficiently - -
• Understand and maintain legality of telehealth program -
• Closely collaborate and work with the supplements division - -
• Proactively strategize and take initiative to advance the organization -Preferred Qualifications: -
• Bachelors or Masters degree in a Business or Healthcare related field -
• Experience managing telehealth programs or relevant management experience - -
• Experience using EMR systems -
• Strong technology skills and working knowledge of Microsoft 365 -
• Result-driven critical thinking abilities -
