Job Description:

Social Design Studio is looking for a part-time Bookkeeper / Purchasing Manager to support the Principal Designer + Design Team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing boutique hospitality interior design firm. The ideal candidate is highly organized and has a keen eye for design + detail. The position is currently part-time but does have the opportunity to become a full-time position as we grow.


Requirements -


- 1-2 Years of Bookkeeping Experience


- Procurement experience a plus


- Self-starter and ability to run with tasks


- Has a keen design eye + attention to detail


- Highly organized


- Outstanding communication skills


- Excellent Data Entry skills


- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field


Responsibilities -


- Invoicing Clients


- Running Payroll


- Inputting and reconciling all charges in Quickbooks


- Request quotes and pricing from vendors + manufacturers


- Procurement management (This can be taught)


- Various office management tasks to support Design Team
