Job Description:
Job Purpose:The Branch Manager is the leader of the office,
managing all functions of the day-to-day operations of the branch.
-Essential Functions:
Manage a budget and operational
component of the sales office including management of the office
staff and sales staff.Responsible for all aspects of recruiting,
retention, production, hiring, and training real estate sales
professionals and administrative staff within the branch.Consult
and influence effectively to resolve conflicts when
necessary.Oversee and assist with the implementation of business
development activities in order to attract new sales
professionals.Establish relationships with local business contacts
and develop marketing events to enhance and promote the company
brand.Possess excellent negotiation skills and the ability to help
real estate sales professionals when necessary, with any and all
issues affecting the successful close of real estate
transactions.Conduct weekly Realty ONE Group office meeting and
attend monthly manager meetingsMotivating and praising, delivering
constructive criticism or discipline to subordinates in accordance
with the employee handbook, addressing employee issues
promptlyPromote a positive and approachable attitude and
encouraging atmosphere, instilling "Teamwork" and personal growth
for all branch employees.Address and resolve customer issues,
applying fast and exemplary judgment in the utmost professional
manner, advising management of unresolved issues and/or
complaintsSupervise office staff compliance with company policies
and procedures; monitor and address employee issues
promptly.Responsible for objective salary reviews and
recommendationsConsistently provide and instill outstanding
customer service skills in staffOther duties as
assignedOrganizational Relationships:Has frequent contact and
communicates with employees, real estate agents, Branch Managers,
the President of Brokerage Operations, and vendors. -QUALIFICATIONS
GUIDELINESRequired:
5+ years of experience as a Branch
Manager/Broker of a Residential Real Estate officeActive real
estate license in the State of working locationProficient in
Training, Compliance, Coaching, Recruiting, and all aspects of Real
Estate in the State of working location5-7+ years' of real estate
business experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office products
(including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Strong presentation
and facilitation skills; excellent verbal and written communication
skillsValid driver's license in the State of working locationValid
automobile insurance coverageDesired:
Bachelor's degree in real estate,
business administration, or a related
fieldKnowledge/Skills/Abilities
Strong organizational skills with an
attention to detailWorks well in a team and collaborates with
others Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a
professional mannerAbility to effectively manage tasks with minimal
supervisionMust be diligent and persistent in follow-up and
completion Capable of multi-tasking and meeting tight deadlines

knowledge of Windows/Mac operating system-experience Requires

in all duties of an Escrow OfficerExhibit strong management skills,
including personnel, marketing, office policies, procedures, rules,
and full knowledge of regulatory agencies governing the company
Physical Demands & Work EnvironmentThe Branch Manager must be able
to bend, stoop, stand, and sit for various lengths of time. They
must be able to lift and carry items up to 20 lbs. -This is
primarily a sedentary office classification and employees work in
an office with moderate noise levels, controlled temperature
conditions, and no direct exposure to hazardous physical
substances. -Cognitive DemandsThe Branch Manager must be able to
multi-task various projects at once and work well under tight
deadlines with a friendly, professional, and customer-centric
