Client Services Manager
CDM Media is an award-winning global B2B technology marketing and

OVERVIEW:
The Client Services and Event Management Department manages
relationships with CDM Media's event and integrated online media
program sponsors, and fortune 1000 CIO delegates who attend CDM
Media's wide and varied industry events. From the point a sale is
finalized, or a delegate contract is received, the Client Services
and Event Management Department works to manage expectations,
execute program, and event deliverables, and build strong
relationships with CDM Media's growing client base through
efficient and attentive management. The event leads are also
responsible for venue sourcing, staff travel and management of
venue event orders.
SKILLS:
To be considered for this role, please have the following:
Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong presentations skills
and enjoy working in a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Suite and be with familiar with Zoom and CRM systems.
Characteristics: This role requires someone that is organized,
self-motivated and adaptable with a passion for events and project
management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Main liaison for clients- from contract signing through event,
overseeing their involvement for all assigned events.
Collect deliverables from sponsors, including session content and
attendee information.
Oversee meeting selections with the management team and creation of
personalized itineraries for the attendees.
Successful planning, management, and onsite deployment of assigned
events.
Follow-up post-summit and provide reporting to all attending
sponsors.
Manage online summit presence- including agenda, homepage, and
attendee page.
Champion sponsor best practices and brief all attending sponsors,
educating on the agenda and mobile app.
Provide ongoing sales support to the global sales team.
Premier account management of key high-spend and high-profile
clients.
Act as hotel liaison, including management of rooms list, generate
banquet orders, and assign key concessions.
With offices in Chicago, Scottsdale and London, this role can sit
in any location. CDM Media currently offers remote work to protect
our current and future employees. This role might not be remote
long-term once the CDC has cleared it safe to return to an office
setting.
