Job Description JOB SUMMARY: Client Experience Coordinator serves as the first impression of the practice. Responsible for patient check in and out, answering of calls, and scheduling of patient appointments. Demonstrate patience and empathy towards patient needs. The primary role of the Client Experience Coordinator is to ensure a high quality, consistent and extraordinary experience for our patients. RESPONSIBILITIES: -- Welcome new and existing patients, and ensure all patients receive a category of one experience -- Obtain and accurately record patient demographics and information -- Check patients in and out for their appointments, collect payment if necessary -- Answer all incoming phone calls within two rings and a smile -- Triage calls to appropriate personnel -- Proactively review provider schedules for seamless appointment scheduling -- Assemble new patient paperwork and consents -- Conduct confirmation calls for patient appointments -- Scan all necessary paperwork into patient---s charts All other duties/responsibilities as assigned
