Assistant's responsibility is to assist in the delivery of primary
health care and patient care management. **Primary Care, MONDAY -
FRIDAY (7:45am-5:00pm), NO WEEKENDS, CLOSED ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS**
Office Location: 6501 E Greenway Pkwy, Scottsdale AZ, 85254 Primary
Responsibilities:
- Performs clinical and administrative medical assistant duties
including but not limited to; greet patients, prepare charts (EHR),
prepare patients and exam rooms, take histories and vital signs,
give injections, provide basic wound care, perform EKG's, triage
patients and advise patients of test results and care plans
- Provide education about health preservation, disease prevention
and disease self - management
- Participate in preventative care reminder programs
- Assist patient in procurement of medical supplies
- Use of technology to assist with all aspects of patient care;
electronic health record documentation, disease registry,
documentation prompts and standing order protocols
- Maintain clinical supplies and equipment
- Attend required meetings and participate in a constructive
manner as a team player
- Participate in periodic in - services to enhance and increase
clinical skills You'll be rewarded and recognized for your

provide development for other roles you may be interested
in.Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent customer service experience
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program or relevant
experience or experience in the military as a Medical
Assistant/EMT
- BLS certification required or must be able to complete
certification within 30 days of hire
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this
role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster
doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth

well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of

- Certified Medical Assistant
- Working knowledge of health insurance: HMO, PPO, Medicare and
Medicaid
