Overview:Doorways Mental Health Therapist$5,000 Sign on bonusPay commensurate with level of licensure and experienceAssociate Licensed Counselor (LAC) Range: $60,000 to $75,000 / yearIndependent/Fully Licensed Therapist/Counselor (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) Range: $70,000 to $80,000 / year.Doorways is an outpatient counseling center in Phoenix, Arizona, that provides comprehensive outpatient treatment focused exclusively on 13-25-year-olds and their families.At Doorways, we desire to serve our clients well through teachability, authenticity, and a collaborative spirit.
