your future. Position Overview The Manager partners with
administrative leaders, physicians, and scientists to lead and
coordinate operational and administrative functions in alignment
with strategic priorities. The Manager has strong leadership,
operational and process improvement capabilities. Embodying our

and departments managing teams and service lines. This position is

Vision and Strategy • Lead and manage the team to operationalize
the vision, executing goals and outcome-based objectives. •

decision making and ensure long term sustainability. Qualifications
• Master’s degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
or bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Operational experience must include demonstrated competency in
leadership, management, operations, finance, communication, and
change management methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: •
Experience in anatomic pathology operations (i.e. histology,
cytology, surgical pathology, digital pathology), with at least 3
years in a supervisory or management role. • Strong understanding
of anatomic pathology workflows, laboratory processes, and relevant
regulatory standards. • In-depth understanding of regulatory
requirements, including CLIA, OSHA, JCAHO, and HIPAA standards. •
Proficiency in laboratory information systems (LIS) and other
healthcare management software.
