Practice Clinician (FNP or PA) dedicated to providing top-quality

compensation package ranging from $100,000.00 to $120,000.00
dependent on program incentives during first year of practice. -

hours of PTO annually (prorated based on start date) - 80 hours of

2 years experience - Must have National Certification - Hold or be
eligible to obtain an Arizona License and DEA - Prefer working at
