focus on integrated autism care and a play-based model of applied
behavior analysis (ABA) based on the principles of the Early Start
Denver Model./n This exciting opportunity is a role designed for
individuals who are actively in their coursework to become a BCBA
and are accruing practicum hours. Struggling to get opportunities

Supervisor role is intended to prepare an individual to be a
successful BCBA upon completing their hours and passing their exam.
The role will report to the Partner Clinician at the team member’s
specific clinic. /n What You'll Do: /n - Serve as a case supervisor
for 2-4 client cases (10-20 hours/week) - Update client goals and
programming, utilizing our electronic data collection platform -
Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs - Participate in ESDM
specific trainings, growing your clinical skillset - Write Behavior
Intervention Plans, utilizing the Practical Functional Assessment
(PFA) and Skill Based Treatment (SBT) - Training and coaching to be
provided - Meet with families to conduct Family Treatment Guidance
meetings and support, utilizing Soar’s in-house curriculum -
Conduct and write assessment reports for new clients and
re-assessments for established clients, including training on the
Vineland, QABF, FAST, and the ESDM Curriculum Checklist - Receive
coaching and feedback from Partner Clinician and other BCBAs in
your clinic - Be a part of the Soar integrated care team,
participating in interdisciplinary meetings for collaboration with
Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and
Psychologists - Conduct direct client therapy (20-30 hours/week) /n
Who You Are: /n - Must be enrolled in or recently completed a
Master’s program for ABA - Be within ~400-600 hours (or less) of
completing all practicum hours to be eligible to sit for the BCBA
Exam - Demonstrate excellent time management skills to help
effectively plan their time - Demonstrate excellent skills in
building rapport and trust with families as a behavior therapist -
Demonstrate emerging skills in case conceptualization and client
programming and planning - Demonstrate emerging skills in coaching
and supervising RBTs to implement ESDM therapy - Desire to learn
