Job Summary: The Radiology Technologist – Cardiovascular will operate imaging equipment and perform specialized radiographic procedures as ordered by physicians. This role requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and a commitment to providing excellent care in an ambulatory surgery center environment. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic and interventional radiographic procedures per physician orders Assist with product setup during procedures based on physician needs Prepare and maintain radiographic equipment for exams Maintain a safe environment by minimizing radiation exposure for patients and staff Manage and contribute to inventory control Provide clear information to patients and families regarding procedures Demonstrate professional conduct and foster a collaborative team environment Ensure confidentiality and uphold ethical and legal responsibilities Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate as necessary Participate in quality improvement initiatives for patient care and safety Provide clinical support in an operating room setting Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements: Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology ARRT national certification required Two years of Cath Lab experience Current ACLS and BLS certifications Preferred Qualifications: Cardiology experience preferred Operating Room experience preferred Scrub experience highly preferred If you meet the above qualifications and are ready to join a team that values both professional excellence and employee well-being, please apply with your updated resume.
