Travel Nurse Job Details - Location: Payson, Arizona 85541 (Arizona nursing jobs) - Assignment Length: 13-week travel contract (Start: 11/24/2025 – End: 2/23/2026) - Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) - Hours per Week: 24 guaranteed hours per week - Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,880 - $2,020 per week (estimated) - On-Call: Schedule determined by facility - Weekend Schedule: To be determined by facility - Completion Bonus: $10,000 upon successful completion of assignment - Employment Type: Travel RN, W2 Registered Nurse Qualifications - Minimum 2 years (24 months) of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience (required) - Active and unencumbered Arizona RN license - Current certifications (AHA or American Red Cross): - BLS (Basic Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - AFM (Advanced Fetal Monitoring) - Previous travel nursing experience preferred - Flu vaccination required (declinations may be considered) - Must not have an Arizona home address on driver’s license - Meet all facility background check and onboarding requirements - Submission materials: Resume, skills checklist (within 1 year), and license verification (within 30 days) Labor & Delivery RN Responsibilities - Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Labor & Delivery unit - Monitor maternal and fetal health throughout labor and delivery - Assist physicians and certified nurse midwives during labor, delivery, and postpartum care - Administer prescribed medications and treatments - Educate patients and families on childbirth, postpartum care, and newborn care - Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with hospital and healthcare policies - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to provide high-quality patient care - Participate in on-call and weekend rotations as scheduled Ready to take the next step in your travel nursing career?
