Physical Therapist Role $2,280 per week Physical Therapist (PT)
- Skilled Nursing Facility Location: Northeast US (specific
location shared during screening) Job Type: Full-Time | Contract

nursing facility. Whether you're experienced in SNFs or just
passionate about working with older adults, you'll have the support
and flexibility you need to thrive. What You'll Do: - Evaluate and
treat residents to improve mobility, strength, and functional
independence - Create and implement individualized care plans -
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best
outcomes - Document patient progress clearly and promptly What
You'll Need: - Active PT license in the state of practice (or
willingness to obtain) - Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy
- SNF experience preferred, but not required - Strong communication
