Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Home Health - Discipline: RN - Duration: 18 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel KPG Home Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a Home Health RN, you will be crucial in providing quality healthcare visits to patients in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities: - Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. - Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. - Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare procedures and disease management. - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Requirements: - Current RN license in the state of Arizona. - Home health experience is prefered, but not required - BLS certification. - Strong clinical and assessment skills. - Comfortable with Wound Care, Wound Vac, Ostomy Care, and Catheter Care. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes.
