We are seeking a Family Practice physician to join a collaborative, patient-focused care team in a modern outpatient clinic environment. Work closely with nurses, care coordinators, and support staff through daily team huddles and shared clinical planning. Coordinate care with internal and community resources to ensure patients receive well-rounded support. Complete timely, accurate documentation in accordance with clinical protocols and compliance standards. Participate in clinical quality discussions, workflow improvements, and patient experience initiatives. Maintain active licensure and certifications while adhering to regulatory and accreditation requirements. Build strong patient and community relationships that encourage trust, continuity, and preventive care.
