Board Eligible in General Surgery Active Arizona license or
eligible to obtain DEA with prescriptive authority Experience
preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply Practice
Details Employment Status: Full-Time Practice Composition:
3-physician General Surgery practice with dedicated Medical
Assistant support Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital Practice
Scope: Full spectrum General Surgery practice Required Skills:
Endoscopy skillset required Annual Surgical Volumes: -
Approximately 150 general surgery cases - Approximately 350
endoscopy cases (mainly lower endoscopy/colonoscopies) Call
