(Glendale, AZ) About the Role Tenet Healthcare is seeking an
experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel
assignment at Abrazo Arrowhead Campus in Glendale, Arizona. This
position offers the opportunity to provide compassionate,
evidence-based care to mothers and newborns in a respected hospital
environment. Assignment Details Facility: Tenet Healthcare / Abrazo
Arrowhead Campus – Labor & Delivery Unit Location: Glendale,
Arizona Start Date: December 16, 2025 – December 29, 2025 Duration:
13 weeks Schedule: 07:00 – 19:30 (12-hour day shifts) Hours:
Standard contract, 36 hours per week Responsibilities Provide
comprehensive nursing care to mothers during labor, delivery, and
postpartum recovery. Support newborn care immediately following
birth, including assessments and interventions. Collaborate with
obstetricians, midwives, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe
and effective care. Educate patients and families on birth plans,
recovery, and newborn care. Maintain compliance with hospital
policies, safety standards, and evidence-based practices. Minimum
Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. 2
years of Labor & Delivery experience in an acute care setting.
Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to respond
quickly in high-pressure situations. Excellent communication and
teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications Travel nursing
experience in L&D or maternal-child health units. Advanced
certifications such as NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) and
ACLS. Adaptability to diverse patient populations and clinical
