Job Summary and Responsibilities Dignity Health Medical Group - Arizona is actively seeking highly patient-centric physicians to join the Department of Family Medicine as a Core Faculty in the Dignity Health East Valley Family Medicine Residency Program in Gilbert, Arizona. Opportunity Highlights: Outpatient Inpatient Outpatient Mon-Fri days, Inpatient Tues-Mon days Flexibility to work 4 longer days or 5 regular Call is 1:4 or less (by telephone only) Outpatient: 16 patient-facing hours, 16 precepting hours, 4 admin hours, 4 teaching hours per week Inpatient: Every 4th week or less frequently, 1 week at a time x 7 days with compensation days provided (No outpatient duties during inpatient week) Avg 18-24 patients per day on outpatient days Great MA support RN onsite Academic appointment at Creighton University School of Medicine, Phoenix–Open rank based on prior experience and academic output Teaching Medical students, Physician Assistant Students, and other learners. Ambulatory RN presence and support in the clinic in addition to dedicated Medical Assistant to physicians while seeing patients Job Requirements Requirements: MD or DO Degree BC/BE in Family Medicine
