Contract Length: 12.00-3,91 Start Date: 02/24/2026 Job Description:
RN needed for the Tele Float Pool, responsible for providing care
across MedSurg Tele and PCU units, including inpatient holding in
the ED. Must be skilled in managing common diagnoses and titratable
drips. Responsibilities: Provide nursing care to geriatric and
orthopedic patients, and post-procedural patients. Manage post MI,
post Cardiac Cath, and CABG post-op day 3-4 patients. Interpret
telemetry strips and titrate drips including Heparin, Cardizem,
Amiodarone, Nitro, Dopamine, Dobutamine, and Insulin. Work with
charge nurses and utilize nurse aides in all settings. Participate
in block scheduling as part of the night shift team. Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a PCU setting. BLS and ACLS
certifications required. Comfortable with managing titratable drips
and interpreting telemetry strips. Excellent communication skills
for coordinating unit assignments. Requirements Required for
