major holidays; first to float Contract Length: 12.00-3,91,03 weeks
Start Date: 03/09/2026 Job Description: This is a telemetry
position requiring tele skills. Nurses in this role will care for
patients from the ER waiting for unit placement, primarily focusing
on MS/Tele patients. Responsibilities: Care for ED holds and tele
patients, prioritizing strong cardiac telemetry management. Float
to med/surg/tele/overflow units and other EDs as required. Assist
with ED patients, including vitals, IV starts, and medication
administration. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of recent experience,
specifically in cardiac telemetry. Ability to read and interpret
telemetry strips; no monitor tech available. Pass a dysrhythmia
exam within 48 hours of offer; participate in a SIM LAB on
orientation day. ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications are
required.
