/ OUTPATIENT / $5,000 Sign-On R|O|C Physical Therapy, the Leader in
Outpatient Physical Therapy in the Greater Phoenix Area, is seeking
a PHYSICAL THERAPIST for our GILBERT GATEWAY Clinic. About Us:
Established in 2018, R|O|C Physical Therapy is a PT owned and
community-focused outpatient practice, dedicated to providing
exceptional patient care while fostering a nurturing environment
for our team. The clinic is located at: Gilbert Gateway 5656 S
Power Rd, Ste 139 Gilbert AZ 85295 Along with a VERY COMPETITIVE
SALARY, we offer: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Generous Productivity Bonus
up to $12,000/year, paid out monthly Profit Sharing Treat 12
Patients/day No Weekends Certification and Specialist Programs,
i.e. Manual Therapy, Vestibular Rehab, etc. Career Advancement

Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to
patients in accordance with industry standards and R|O|C policies.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring
effective rehabilitation outcomes. Supervise physical therapy
assistants and aides, ensuring adherence to treatment plans and
maintaining a high standard of patient care. Actively participate
in case management, contributing to a multidisciplinary approach to
patient care. Build and maintain positive relationships with
patients, colleagues, and external partners to enhance and expand
