Job Description Job Description Description: Arizona Home Care is a closed-door home infusion and homecare facility that was first established in 1995. Our service includes both acute and non-acute patient populations by bringing the hospital room to the patient's home. We work with all the major hospitals and providers in the valley including but not limited to: Mayo, HonorHealth, Banner, Dignity, Valleywise, St. Joes, Hospice of the Valley, and Abrazo. About the Role: As a Pharmacy Technician at Arizona Home Care, you will play a vital role in the care of our patients through: Supply picking, quality checking, and packing all materials necessary for the infusion for delivery Assisting production in our sterile compounding pharmacy Processing new patients and refills through CareTend Communicating on the phone with patients regarding their prescriptions and delivery preferences We like to cross train all of our pharmacy technicians in all areas of the pharmacy operation and rotate through positions. Requirements: Required Skills: Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and safety. Proficiency in pharmacy calculations and medical terminology. Computer Proficiency Strong over the phone Ability to work with delicate equipment and wear full protective gear (mask, gloves, lab coat, etc.). Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. Qualifications: Licensed Pharmacy Technician in the state of Arizona Friendly and confident on the phone Nice to Have: Experienced with our EMR: CareTend Experienced in home infusion Experienced in sterile compounding Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Physical setting: Office Schedule: 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday and Sunday 8:30 AM to 7:00PM Friday and Monday
