As a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant at American Premier Home Health, your daily responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at providing exceptional patient care. You will assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, ensuring each patient receives personalized attention. Your role will involve conducting therapeutic exercises, restoring mobility, and engaging patients in activities that promote recovery. You'll monitor patient progress, document treatment sessions, and report any changes in condition to the supervising therapist.
