Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide
occupational therapy services to elementary school students within
multiple schools in a full-time, contract role located in the
Phoenix area. This opportunity is ideal for a licensed Occupational
Therapist with experience in school-based settings eager to support
children's developmental and functional needs. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver direct occupational therapy interventions
to elementary-aged students across three schools. Collaborate with
educators, families, and related service providers to develop
individualized education program (IEP) goals and strategies.
Monitor student progress and document therapy outcomes in
compliance with state and federal regulations. Participate in team
meetings and professional development activities as required.
Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree from an
ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program. Active Arizona
Occupational Therapy license. Valid Arizona IVP fingerprint
clearance card. Experience with school-based occupational therapy
preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills.
Location: Chandler, AZ (serving schools in the greater Phoenix
area). Contract Details: Start Date: February 23, 2026 End Date:
May 22, 2026 Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week. Includes a
two-week break in March. Assignments across three elementary
schools. This contract role provides a focused environment to apply
your clinical skills while contributing to student success in an
