Job Description Job Description we are for seeking an experienced Dietitian to provide outpatient nutrition services in Arizona. This role involves working closely with patients in a clinical outpatient setting, delivering culturally competent care with a focus on efficiency and quality outcomes. The Dietitian will manage a daily caseload of approximately 12 patients per day , collaborating with the healthcare team to support patient wellness, education, and disease management. Responsibilities Provide outpatient nutrition counseling and dietary education Assess patient nutritional needs and develop individualized care plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Work collaboratively with providers and clinical staff Deliver care that is culturally sensitive and aligned with Tribal health standards Manage a consistent patient load while maintaining quality of care Schedule & Work Details Contract position 4 days per week 10 hours per day Day shift, with mid/evening shifts as needed Qualifications Active Dietitian credentials BLS certification required CDCES preferred Minimum 3 years of experience preferred Tribal healthcare experience required
