hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/20/2026 About the
Position PT- Home Health : Palmdale/ Lancaster Tues-Sat or
Wed-Sunday Home Health experience preferred. If no HH experience,
then candidates must have Outpatient exp CA license in hand
preferred Oasis experience required- may consider candidates
without Oasis if they have solid HH experience
