Banner Health is seeking a dynamic Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) to join our growing Intensivist team at Banner Desert Medical Center. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-supported, collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional critical care. ‘ Role Responsibilities: Provide cross-coverage call support Manage clinical care and round on patients Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced ICU environment Minimum Qualifications: Current ACNP certification Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications Active prescribing privileges, including DEA license for controlled substances Experience preferred; new graduates with relevant critical care or cardiology experience are encouraged to apply Work Schedule: Full-Time position Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM 12 shifts per month, including 2 weekend rotations (block schedule) Banner Health offers competitive salary and recruitment incentives, along with an industry-leading benefits package that provides security for you and your family, including: NEW Night Differential: $216 per night shift, thats an extra $18/hr (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), totaling approximately $31,204 annually.
