RESPONSIBILITIES You will serve as the central point for internal
auditing, training, and clinical quality assurance, ensuring that
documentation, data integrity, and program delivery meet the
highest standards of care, compliance, and organizational
performance. You will design, implement, and ensure continuous
improvement of the quality management and program monitoring system
for residential programs. You will ensure policies, procedures, and
initiatives are efficient, updated, and reflective of current
regulatory, accreditation, and funding requirements. You will
create and oversee the internal audit process, including planning,
execution, and follow up on findings. You will facilitate and
coordinate readiness for external reviews by regulatory agencies,
funders, and accreditation bodies. You will track, analyze, and
report on trends in documentation, treatment planning, and service
delivery relevant to compliance and performance outcomes. You will
educate and support department leaders and staff in maintaining
quality and compliance with clinical documentation, audit
readiness, and performance improvement practices. You will develop
and deliver training programs focused on quality assurance
principles, documentation standards, and regulatory expectations.
You will coach program teams in root cause analysis, corrective
action implementation, and preventative strategies for sustainable
improvement. You will lead or participate in devotions, prayers, or
other organization activities that promote a credible Christian
witness and lifestyle. Requirements WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE You have a
bachelor's degree in behavioral health, social work, public health,
healthcare administration, business administration, or a related
field, and at least five years of experience in quality management,
compliance, or program evaluation, or an equivalent combination of
education and experience. Leadership experience is preferred. You
have proven experience of quality management systems and of quality
improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, CQI, PDSA). You have
strong knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements,
accreditation standards, and best practices in documentation and
performance improvement. You are proficient in data collection,
analysis, and reporting, including developing performance
dashboards and KPIs. You have experience with audit preparation,
inspections, and corrective action planning across multiple
regulated domains. You have a working knowledge of risk management
principles and incident investigation/root cause analysis. You have
technical proficiency with electronic health records (EHRs),
compliance software, and reporting tools. You demonstrate a
personal relationship with Jesus Chris and a commitment to living
out a Christ-centered lifestyle consistent with PRM's Statement of
Faith. You maintain composure under pressure, show empathy, and
balance firmness with compassion in compliance coaching. You see
beyond compliance to know how quality improvement directly affects
