Keyholders (Part Time Management) up to 30 hours
Fascinations is a leading retailer in sensual wellness, and we are looking for energetic, positive, dependable sales associates to aid in building our brand. We strive to provide top notch customer service while providing education and a willingness learn, grow, and help others. What we are looking for:

Outgoing associates who can provide exceptional guest engagement, product education, and efficient delegation to staff.
Work side by side with Store Manager, Assistant Manager, & key holders
Fluent in retail metrics or goals and has understanding of driving metrics and applying in real time.
Has strong leadership skills
Work flexible hours
Follow loss prevention controls & guidelines
Has the ability to train, delegate, and supervise staff.
Maintain sales goals
