The Role
**Hiring for banquet cooks and breakfast cooks**
The Line Cook requires good communication and culinary skills. The desired culinarian will have professional cooking experience and knowledge of cooking procedures. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including grilling, broiling, saut--ing and pantry. Must have 1-2 years of experience in high volume resort or restaurant.
Line Cooks must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Breakfast cooks shifts are typically 5am - 2pm.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in resort or restaurant
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
