Position Summary:
Located in our Scottsdale, AZ location, the HR Business Partner is responsible for ensuring alignment between the business operations and the HR practices and objectives for all of SSG US. This individual provides critical employee relations leadership, working closely with people managers and employees. The HR Business Partner provides consulting and coaching to people leaders in order to support the Business's vision, mission and overall objectives.
Position Responsibilities:
Manager and Employee Relations (USA)
Be the first point of HR contact for SSG US Employees and own all employee relations functions
Consult with people managers to foster and promote the engagement of business core values at all levels
Assist management in resolving employee relation issues, conducting effective investigations, and recommend action for sensitive and complex situations
Coach people managers in the Fox performance management process, compensation programs, recruitment practices, and management decision making
Work with people managers on HR-related issues, suggest new HR strategies, and provide HR guidance when appropriate
Develop partnerships across the HR function to delivery value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization
Develop corrective and disciplinary action solutions with managers as well as employment decisions
Partner with stakeholders and business to ensure that HR best practices are being adopted
Recruiting, Talent Sourcing, and Workforce Planning (USA)
Work with SSG US management in developing workforce plans; identify recruitment needs, training needs, and advocating for continuous learning for employees where necessary
Partner with Corporate Talent Acquisition team to design, develop, and execute full cycle recruitment plans and talent sourcing strategies for all SSG USA positions
Provide an exceptional candidate experience and build and maintain a candidate pipeline
Manage hiring manager relationships, develop rapport and set expectations
Support and coach hiring managers on recruitment and interview best practices
HR Operations (USA)

Responsible for HR operations for all SSG US locations
Responsible for full cycle operation of employee experience from onboarding, processing of employee changes, annual performance management and compensation review, learning and development, engagement to employee offboarding
Provide guidance to SSG recruiters and SSG office managers on HR related responsibilities
Build, update and maintain all HR related processes, checklists and tools
Build and compile weekly, monthly and annual reports related to people metrics as requested
Ensure all HR files and records (physical and e-files) are all organized and kept up to date
Office Operations (Arizona)
Create an environment that minimizes barriers and help our team do their best work
Manage general office and facilities upkeep and maintenance; including building projects, renovations and expansions
Manage all office service contracts
Compliance

Keep current with all labor related regulations for all SSG USA jurisdictions
In partnership with Legal and Corporate HR team, ensure all HR policies for SSG USA to compliant and up to date
Communicate and inform key stakeholders of all legislative changes and support with implementation of any chances as required
Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

Exceptional organization skills and proven attention to details, clarity and accuracy in written language
Strong communicator (written and verbal) and the ability to work effectively with individuals of all levels, culture, background, and experience
Previous experience with Workday (HCM) is an asset
Experience with US employment regulations
Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Self- starter, go-getter, builder, can-do attitude!
Highly analytical with strong problem solving skills
Motivated to create new processes and learn new skills
Ability to maintain and preserve strict confidentiality
Computer literacy including MS Office and ability to learn other systems
Enjoys supporting large teams and answering teammate questions and troubleshooting

Position Qualifications:
Education:
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, HR Management or related field
Experience:
3+ years of experience in an HRBP or Generalist capacity
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment
