About this Job:Located in our Scottsdale, AZ location, the HR
Business Partner is responsible for ensuring alignment between the
business operations and the HR practices and objectives for all ONE
employees. This individual provides critical employee relations
leadership, working closely with people managers and employees. The
HR Business Partner provides consulting and coaching to people
leaders to support the Business's vision, mission, and overall

our customers!What You Will Do:Manager and Employee RelationsBe the
first point of HR contact for ONE employee and own all employee
relations functionsConsult with people managers to foster and
promote the engagement of business core values at all levelsAssist
management in resolving employee relation issues, conducting
effective investigations, and recommend action for sensitive and
complex situationsCoach managers and supervisors in the performance
management process, compensation programs, recruitment practices,
and management decision makingWork with managers and supervisors on
HR-related issues, suggest new HR strategies, and provide HR
guidance when appropriateDevelop partnerships across the HR
function to delivery value-added service to management and
employees that reflects the business objectives of the
organizationDevelop corrective and disciplinary action solutions
with managers as well as employment decisionsPartner with
stakeholders and business to ensure that HR best practices are
being adoptedRecruiting and Talent SourcingWork with VP HR in
developing workforce plans; identify recruitment needsProvide an
exceptional candidate experience and build and maintain a candidate
pipelineMaintain strong relationships with all hiring manager,
develop rapport and set expectationsSupport hiring managers on
recruitment and interview best practicesHR OperationsResponsible
for HR operations for all ONE employeesResponsible for full cycle
operation of employee experience from onboarding, processing of
employee changes, annual performance management and compensation
review, learning and development, engagement to employee
offboardingAssist in building, update, and maintain all HR related
processes, checklists, and toolsBuild and compile weekly, monthly,
and annual reports related to people metrics as requestedEnsure all
HR files and records (physical and e-files) are all organized and
kept up to dateComplianceKeep current with all labor related
regulationsIn partnership with VP HR, ensure all HR policies for
ONE are compliant and up to dateCommunicate and inform key
stakeholders of all legislative changes and support with
implementation of any chances as required
Requirements:
Qualifications:Exceptional organization skills and proven attention
to details, clarity, and accuracy in written languageStrong
communicator (written and verbal) and the ability to work
effectively with individuals of all levels, culture, background,
and experiencePrevious experience with Paylocity HRIS is an
assetExperience with US employment regulationsEnthusiastic about
working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environmentSelf- starter,
go-getter, builder, can-do attitude!Highly analytical with strong
problem-solving skillsMotivated to create new processes and learn
new skillsAbility to maintain and preserve strict
confidentialityComputer literacy including MS Office and ability to

Business Administration, HR Management, or related
fieldExperience:3+ years of experience in an HRBP or Generalist
capacity2+ years of experience in talent
