the Phoenix market. Our headquarters are in Austin, Texas, and we
currently have a satellite office in Houston, Texas. As one of the
nation's largest distributors of government-issued gold, silver,
and platinum, we have remained fully operational throughout the
COVID-19 crisis, as gold tends to respond very positively to

looking for. About Position This is an in-office position only. The
Human Resources Generalist for USMR will be the first point of
contact for all of our internal customers, the employees located in
our Phoenix offices, as well as external vendors. The H.R.
Generalist will also work closely with the H.R. Generalists in our
flagship Austin office and in our Houston office. USMR provides

local, state and federal mandates, including, but not limited to:
FLSA, EEO, ADEA, ERISA, ADA, USERRA etc. Three to five years of
experience in interviewing, new employee onboarding, employee
relations, benefits, open enrollment and exceptional customer
service. Working knowledge of guidelines as it pertains to I-9s,
personnel files, medical files, worker compensation reporting and
OSHA reporting. Any other duties as assigned. Skills Ability to be
a self-starter and require little or no direction to achieve the
mission of the Human Resources Department. Three to five years of
experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. Strong
interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain the highest levels of
confidentiality, integrity and trustworthiness. Working knowledge
of printer, copier, fax, phone, scanner, and other office
equipment. Education Required A.A. in Business or similar studies.
B.A./B.S. Human Resources, Human Relations or similar studies
preferred. Years of experience may be substituted for college hours
requirements. Compensation Salary Range $65,000 - $70,000 Position
