You will be responsible for new hire training for Customer Care as well as any new product training or refresher training, New Hire Orientation, companywide Leadership training, Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity (DEI) training, Compliance and Security training and Allstate required Annual Training initiatives. This position will require you to work onsite at our Scottsdale, Arizona Riverwalk office. Essential Functions

  • Conduct needs assessment and identify performance gaps and implement training best practices to ensure alignment with company needs and specific department needs;
  • Creating and facilitating effective training for a broad range of topics to ensure employees have the knowledge to be successful
  • Developing training programs that offer the latest knowledge and skills
  • Working with organizational executives to ensure training aligns with overall business goals and initiatives
  • Manage a budget for employee training and development
  • Utilizing and analyzing data to understand the need for different types of training and evaluates the success of training
  • Evaluate whether the training program is having a positive impact on the overall organization
    Additional Duties:
    • Special projects as assigned.Required Experience, Skills & Education
      • 2 years of training groups in some capacity
      • High School Diploma Required
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      • Proven history of owning results
      • Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing in order to train effectively
      • Strong facilitation skills
      • Ability to communicate and negotiate with senior leaders
      • Advanced negotiation and interpersonal skills
      • Strong strategic and analytic skills
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
      • Presentation development and delivery skills
      • Experience with a deadline driven environment, requiring minimum supervision
      • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, with extreme attention to detail
      • Operations employee management and development Preferred Experience, Skills & Education
        • Bachelor's degree required or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience
        • Minimum of 3 years in instructional design, curriculum development and training delivery or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience
