Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000 / year
Bonus incentive= 10%

About the Role
The Sr. HRIS Analyst is responsible for the operational efficiency
of the HR system solutions used to support data management process
for the HR team. The Sr HRIS Analyst partners closely with HR,
Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, and external vendors to maintain
data integrity and accuracy of the HR system and acts as a
technical expert in evaluating and implementing new processes and
procedures. Documents requirements and processes; performs data
reporting; and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluates and completes system configuration based on needs and
requirements within the Workday Core HCM
- Actively participants, and may lead, in configuration changes
related to projects, upgrades, and patches
- Develops test plans and conducts applicable acceptance
functional testing
- Coordinates and performs in-depth tests, including test
documentation and post implementation support
- Collaborates and supports all team members of the HRIS team,
Recruitment, HR, Benefits, Payroll, and IT to ensure alignment
across Operations, departments, and teams
- Analyzes new HR system functionality, to support federal/state
statutory compliance updates and any additional business needs
- Investigates and troubleshoots errors generated via tasks
- Reviews workflow pars, transfers, terms, and restaurant
closures
- Maintains the Inquiries-WorkdayHCM inbox
- Reviews ad hoc report requests from HR team members and
develops/modifies reports, as needed
- Participates in system enhancements, including new rollouts,
modifications of existing functionality, or integrations of
external systems
- Participates in monthly Workday roadmap team meetings
- Contributes, and may lead, Workday HR team projects
- Supervises, develops, and mentors team members
- Participates with developing and delivering communications to
Operations and various departments
- Educates team members and managers with Workday
functionality
- Cross trains with and is back-up to Sr. Total Rewards HRIS
Analyst position
- Participates in special projects and all other duties as
assigned
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- BA/BS Degree in HR, Business, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years experience in HRIS, preferably in a high
turnover and multi-state/multi-site environment
- Workday HRIS experience preferred but not required
- Strong data/statistical analysis skills and focus on data
quality
- Creative problem solving and troubleshooting
- Strong reporting and Excel proficiency (vlookup and pivot
tables)
- Proficiency in MS Office Software and data management
- Ability to document requirements and processes
- Strong ability in performing data extraction and summaries to
both written and data reports
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in leading and developing a team of
professionals
- High degree of self-awareness and empathy towards others;
excellent interpersonal skills
Working Conditions
- The work setting is a hybrid model including some in-office and
working from home. Selected candidate must be based in or willing
to relocate to Arizona.

- Paid Time Off Program: Full-time Global Support Center team
members receive at least 20 days per calendar year for sick and
personal time off, based on years of service. The pools of these
days off may vary based on states. R&R days are prorated based
on date of hire for all new team members.
- Paid Holidays: All full-time and part-time Global Support
Center team members will be compensated at their regular base pay
for eleven (11) company chosen holidays to the extent the holiday
falls on your regularly scheduled workday. Additionally, team
members are granted an additional two (2) floating holidays to use
as they wish (subject to supervisor's approval).
- Lucky Cat Meal Card: We hope you are hungry! All Global Support
Center team members are eligible for a Lucky Cat Card that is
preloaded with a set dollar amount for each calendar year, and
which can be used at any P.F. Chang's location. Any unused monies
are not eligible to be carried over at the end of the year.
- Tuition Reimbursement: All full-time Global Support Center team
members that have been with PFCB for six months are eligible for
the tuition reimbursement program. Upon department head approval,
PFCB will reimburse up to $3,000 annually for undergraduate degrees
and $30,000 for graduate degrees (entire program) for tuition
expenses, books, and miscellaneous course costs for certain classes
and/or courses of study at an accredited college or
university.
- Insurance: Medical/Dental/Vision plan options available;
eligibility for coverage begins the 1st of the month following date
of hire
