for a dynamic and passionate Human Resources Coordinator to join
our team onsite at our Old Town Scottsdale Headquarters. This role
provides administrative support to all People Operations functions,
as needed, and will assist with practices to effectively maintain
the operation of the People Ops team. The HR Coordinator will
perform a substantial amount of research, data analysis, and
reporting as it relates to HR policies, employees, hiring,
benefits, and record maintenance with primary ownership of all
end-to-end employee lifecycle process steps.Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate the HR and Talent Acquisition
operations and functions relating to hiring, benefits, and employee
relations as well as the administration of these functions in our
HRIS (Paycom)
- Provide administrative support for the recruitment process by
scheduling and managing logistics for interviews
- Organize job descriptions and post positions on the company
website and external job boards
- Coordinate with frontline managers regarding the proper
implementation of policies and procedures as well as suggest new
methods that will positively impact employee retention and
satisfaction
- Own process execution steps for major employee lifecycle events
including new hire onboarding, terminations, promotions, role
changes, and performance review management
- Assist in the maintenance of department/employee records and
ensure electronic file directories are accurate, complete, and
well-organized
- Update existing documents, instructional how-to guides, and any
information used to communicate with employees and/or new
hires
- Coordinate operations support for employee experience
activities with Office Management, Employee Engagement team, and
employee recognition processes
- Assist in the bi-monthly timecard processing process as well as
other administrative steps related to the bi-monthly payroll
process
- Ensure compliance and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- 2-3 years of Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition
experience, required
- Must maturely and discreetly handle highly
confidential/sensitive Human Resource information
- Must be results driven with the proven ability to multi-task in
a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish
healthy working relationships
- Must demonstrate effective time management, excellent
organizational skills, follow-up skills, and work independently
with minimal supervision
- Must be friendly and professional when interacting with
employees and guests
- Strong verbal and written communication skills will enable the
candidate to effectively communicate with internal and external
contacts
- Must have strong PC skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, and
Excel, and the ability to quickly pick up new applications and
