Job Summary
Scottsdale Community College (SCC) is seeking a Human Resources
Analyst for our Talent Acquisition team. We are seeking an
individual that is highly motivated, flexible, can work both
independently and with a team. The ideal candidate will

requires a physical presence on campus, with the possibility of
partial remote work depending on business needs.

Essential Functions
70% Works in partnership with Departments and Hiring Managers
throughout the full-cycle Recruitment, Selection and Hiring
processes. To include; defining and documenting workforce needs and
strategy. Make recommendations for staffing needs current and
future. Works to create position and candidate profiles, timelines,
interview and assessment methods, ensures equitable candidate
screening, actively sources candidates, and assists hiring teams in
applying equitable principles and practices. Maintains applicant
tracking system, works with candidates through the pre-hire and
hire processes to include; conducting pay placement analysis and
job offers.
20% Tracks and maintains performance measurements and metrics
pertaining to recruitment and the employment process; Trains search
committees on the screening and interview process, and presents
training, guidance, orientation and onboarding for new SCC
employees.
10% Communicates and applies District employment policies and
procedures, state and federal employment rules and regulations;
verifies documents for accuracy and compliance with federal and
state guidelines and District policy. Performs other duties as
assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in human
resources or related field and two (2) years of professional level
human resources experience in full-cycle recruiting and
onboarding.
OR
Associate's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in
human resources or related field and four (4) years of professional
level human resources experience in full-cycle recruiting and
onboarding.
OR
High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years of professional level
human resources experience in full-cycle recruiting and
onboarding.
