The Engineering Lead will be responsible for but not limited to
supporting the engineering leadership team on day to day repairs
and maintenance, liaison for scheduled vendor/contractor visits, &
parts and supply inventory and procurement. In addition, the
Engineering Supervisor will assist with leading the preventative
maintenance program throughout the property including quality
control inspections, room maintenance inspections and professional
communication between all divisions of the resort.
Shift details: 10:00AM - 6:30PM - Tuesday - Saturday - Starting pay

- A minimum of 5-years building maintenance experience is
- Strong working knowledge of all major building systems is
required, including, but not limited to:
- Pool & Spa Equipment
- Kitchen & Laundry Equipment
- Life Safety Equipment
- Good customer skills are also required, as you will need to
respond to guest calls and interact with guests and employees in a
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
- Work in compliance with OSHA guidelines.
- Basic computer knowledge such as Word, Excel programs and
- Ability to walk long distances and be in the heat for extended
periods of time
- Must have the ability to perform physical labor (including, but
not limited to, the ability to bend, twist, stoop, lift 50 lbs., as
well as climb a ladder).
