Properties is made up of a talented team of professionals who
manage one of the largest corporate real estate portfolios in the
world. The Corporate Properties team manages more than 7,400
locations in 31 countries covering more than 75 million square feet
of managed space. Corporate Properties manages real estate as a
unified, scalable function while maintaining a strong risk culture
to deliver on Wells Fargo's effectiveness, efficiency, experience
and resiliency goals.About this role:The Wells Fargo Corporate
Properties Group (CPG) is seeking a Senior Lead Strategy & Planning
Consultant to lead strategic initiatives and technology
implementations for Corporate Properties as we execute on our
multi-year technology roadmap. This role will partner actively with
leaders across CPG, Technology, HR and Supply Chain.In this role,
you will:
- Represent Corporate Properties in Request For Proposal (RFP)
and software selection activities
- Lead development of user stories/business requirements, wire
frames and participation in the full software implementation
lifecycle for multiple products concurrently, including approval of
user stories/business requirements, design documents and
testing
- Evaluate new real-estate technology applications and complete
"fit-for-purpose" assessments based on your knowledge of real
estate business process, technology, CPG & Wells Fargo business
processes
- Understand data & technical considerations in integrating new
applications with CPG's existing technology platforms and partner
with Technology to develop implementation strategies that align
with the 5-year technology roadmap
- Act as an advisor to leadership
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require
vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive
thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities and
guidance to others
- Partner with executive management across Wells Fargo to define
the business strategy then create and execute corresponding
business plans and initiativesRequired Qualifications, US:
- 7+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent
demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work
experience, training, military experience, educationDesired
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in leading or influencing technology
application implementations as a functional business
representative, design lead or other key role
- Proficient in real estate service delivery processes or other
Enterprise Shared Services group
- Experience with web technologies, SAP, Tririga, ServiceNow,
CoStar, Corrigo and other real estate tools
- Ability to translate strategic initiatives into executable
programs, including: defining the problem statement and
articulating the scope of the solution, identifying impacted areas
and components, identifying resource requirements, gathering
estimates, defining timelines and packaging information for
presentation to executive leadership
- Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive
results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build
relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically
dispersed team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the
ability to lead, present, and obtain buy in from large stakeholder
groups spanning staff through senior and executive management
- Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate
decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing,
and/or conflicting priorities
- Self-starter, with a proven ability to think both strategically
and tactically, diagnose opportunities and implement operationally
often in ambiguous environments
- Knowledge and understanding of project management
methodologies: creation of business cases, project initiation,
development of comprehensive users stories/business requirements,
and identification of project interdependencies
- Experience with Agile and working with Scrum Teams
- Ability to be neutral/independent while providing strong
credible challenges where necessaryJob Expectations:
