do!Who We Want: We want an IT Product Manager who provides
strategic future focused analysis services to business and
technical partners. The focus of this position is to work closely
with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of HFG's
business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in
which the business operates. The IT Product Manager is responsible
for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to
identify and address operational and technological efficiencies
through third party or internally built solutions to solve business
needs.Essential Duties:
- Continuously updates roadmap with respect to competition to
ensure HFG is always aware of and utilizing latest processes and
technologies
- Ability to think out of the box to invent solutions which may
not commercially exist today
- Provides forward thinking corporate roadmaps for assigned
business processes including operational and technical changes,
quarterly progress reviews
- Works with Business Analysts to break down process improvement
tasks for internal engineering teams
- Participate in all scrum ceremonies and acts as the Product
Owner when needed
- Work closely with project management to ensure highest
prioritized items are addressed first
- Interface with senior business unit leaders to obtain
requirements
- Participates in HFG internal meetings and required
trainings
- Maintains a professional image and demonstrates an
understanding of and follows all HFG Policies and Procedures
- Other duties as assigned. Requirements:Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management in the mortgage
industry with specific experience in lead gen, processing,
underwriting, closing and/or post-closing experience
- 7+ years of experience preparing and managing roadmaps for both
internal and external use
- 5+ years of experience working with Agile Scrum and Kanban
teams
- Proficient PC skills to include Excel, Word, and Microsoft
Outlook as well as Encompass/ Optimal Blue/ DU/ LP/ and major
origination systems preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop positive relationships
- Provides strong customer service to internal and external
customers
- Exceptional organization and time management skills. Ability to
manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced
environmentWorking Conditions:The work environment characteristics

require handling objects up to 10 pounds frequently and 20 pounds
occasionally. While performing the duties described herein, the
employee is regularly required to sit; use hands and fingers to

environment is usually moderate. Office environment is normally
