Job Description:
Description:The SaaS Technical Support resource is responsible
for day-to-day execution of customer support tickets, so the
application is providing the expected customer
value.Responsibilities:--- Collaborate with internal teams and
customers to understand and resolve customer issues and needs.---
Dive into online software/applications to analyze, diagnose, and
resolve system usability and functional issues.--- Train customers
on the use of companies applications.--- Setup and Configure the
customer's instance of the applications from implementation and
through changes required after go-live. --- Ensure that data is
timely, complete and accurate.Additional Skills & Qualifications:-
SaaS experience - Tech or Logistics experience - 2+ year of tech
support experience - Familiar with ERP's - ability to work in a
fast-paced environment - ability to handle escalated calls from
current customersSchedule: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm (hybrid
schedule once fully immersed into the role)Pay: $85,000 - $125,000
