Full-Time, Entry Level About the Role This entry-level role is
ideal for recent graduates ready to launch their careers in
technology and engineering. As a Support Engineer at Peerlogic,
you’ll start on the front lines, troubleshooting real customer
issues, then help improve Aimee—our GenAI agent—to resolve those
issues autonomously. You’ll rotate between two months of live
support and one month of engineering projects that turn recurring
problems into self-serve Aimee workflows What You’ll Do Diagnose
SaaS, networking, and configuration issues using logs, admin tools,
and test envs Translate patterns from tickets into specs,
automations, and Aimee intents Partner with Product & Engineering
to ship fixes, run experiments, and measure deflection Author crisp
docs, KB entries, and instrumentation for ongoing learning What
We’re Looking For BS in CS/SE or equivalent software engineering
experience Comfort with APIs, SQL/logs, debugging, and basic
scripting; curiosity about AI/LLMs High-energy communicator who can
explain complex tech simply to busy office staff Values match:
