Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Privacy Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop privacy frameworks for the business and promote a culture
of privacy
Provide guidance on privacy matters to all teams across the
organization
Investigate potential data breaches and manage privacy policy with
the Information Security team
Required Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) law degree from an accredited U.S. Law School and
member of a US state bar in good standing
8-10 years' experience in data privacy, health law, compliance, or
regulatory in the healthcare industry
Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state privacy and data
protection regulations
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment
Passionate about making mental healthcare more accessible
