Phoenix, AZ | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • $24–$26 hourly •
Full-time, standard business hours • W2 employment ROLE IMPACT This
role directly supports attorneys managing high-volume bankruptcy
caseloads. You will ensure timely and accurate document
preparation, vendor system updates, and file management. Success is
measured by your ability to handle 150 cases independently,
maintain compliance, and provide reliable communication across
legal and client channels. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Draft and file
proofs of claim and bankruptcy pleadings with high accuracy •
Manage 150 case files, maintaining current records and
documentation • Review detailed pay histories and ensure all
updates are made in internal tracking systems • Serve as primary
telephone contact for assigned caseload, including communication
with attorneys, clients, third parties, and outside counsel •
Provide general legal support and administrative assistance to
assigned attorneys MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 3 years of experience
in a fast-paced legal environment • Experience in title, mortgage,
or escrow support required • Prior bankruptcy and proof of claim
experience preferred • Typing speed of 50 WPM and strong attention
to detail CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • VendorScape, LPS (or equivalent
case management software) • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel,
Word) • Internal legal file tracking systems PREFERRED SKILLS •
Strong legal writing and documentation skills • Familiarity with
bankruptcy court procedures and compliance standards • Ability to
prioritize multiple deadlines with minimal supervision By applying
